Transit time

Approximately 5 to 7 business days from Canada Post shipping confirmation according the chosen option.
The above estimated shipping transit time may vary due to circumstances outside our control, such as weather conditions, act of god, strikes,etc.

Shipping rates and destinations 

Christine Philippe's jewels are shipped by Canada Post, depending of the product's weight and the client's location, shipment costs will vary upon them.

Returns & exchanges

You may return any new item for any reason within 30 days for a refund or a store credit. The item must be in the original, unopened package, to be accepted back for a refund or a store credit.

How to return an item

If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us and we will issue a Return Form.

If the item is not damaged, defective, or incorrect, please include a copy of the packing slip and write the reason for the return, and if you would like a refund or an exchange.

You will be responsible for the cost of shipping an item back to us. We recommend using carrier that provides you with a tracking number, such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS or Canada Priority Mail.
